Duddleswell Cheese is a rich flavoured, slightly nutty sheep’s cheese, with a creamy, slightly crumbly texture that’s (shameless plug ahoy) perfect on our Village Bakery oatcakes. It’s absolutely delicious, and won Gold at the International Cheese Awards in 2010. Carefully matured, it’s turned daily for up to five months to ensure its taste is fully developed.
High Weald Dairy is a family-run business based at Tremains Farm in West Sussex in the beautiful Ashdown Forest, owned by Mark and Sarah Hardy. They make organic sheep and cows' milk cheeses, and have won various awards over the last few years.
