Finish dinner on a cosy note with our Bread and Butter Pudding for Two from Fieldgoods. Wild Farmed seeded bread soaks up a creamy custard, dotted with tangy raspberries and melting Belgian white chocolate.
What makes me special?
- Toasty and soft. The top bakes up crisp and toasted, while the bread underneath stays soft and custardy. Every spoonful gets a little of both.
- White chocolate and raspberry. Melting Belgian white chocolate and juicy raspberries bring a sweet, fruity twist. The tang of the raspberries keeps it from feeling too rich.
- Seeded bread. It's made with a Wildfarmed seeded loaf, so there's a little crunch from linseeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. They add a lovely texture to the soft, creamy custard.
- Pudding for two. One dish is just right for two to share. It's a cosy end to a weekend dinner, without making a whole tray.
- Easy to bake. Bake it from chilled for 40-45 minutes until it's piping hot in the centre. Then let it stand for two minutes before serving.
