What makes me special?
- Biodynamic and organic eggs, certified by Demeter
- Sourced from Nantclyd Farm tucked away in Ystwyth Valley, in Wales. They take a holistic approach to tending the land, whereby the farm is seen as a whole living entity that’s self-sustaining
- In this way of farming, lunar and planetary rhythms are considered, and there’s much more attention placed on how energy is transferred throughout the farm’s ecosystem
- The laying hens on Nantclyd Farm spend all day roaming the rolling pastures and the nearby woodland, exploring to their heart’s content
- When the hens are hungry, they have plenty of home-grown oats, peas and wheat to munch on – an example of brilliant self-sustainability
- Poach, scramble, boil or fry these eggs – they’re delicious. Or add them to your favourite bakes

Tucked away in the sweeping hills near Aberystwyth, lies Nantclyd Farm, thirty acres of lovely organic farmland. But this isn’t just any organic farm. It’s a biodynamic one too. That means, Liz, who looks after the herd of cows and sheep and the flock of hens, takes a much more holistic approach when tending to the land.
