Thomson and Scott are on a mission. Their aim is to remove the sugar and calories from Champagne and Prosecco, while leaving the fun, fizz and flavour intact. It all starts with simply asking the important question: “what’s in your bottle?” By taking note of the sugars, agricultural chemicals and animal by-products you find in many non-organic, non-vegan wines (but not on their labels!), they set out to make some thing truly different and an awful lot better. The result is a range of vegan-friendly drinks, bubbling with great taste.
