This minute steak might be a silverside cut but the flavour takes gold. Daylesford’s organic beef is given a minimum of 21 days to mature and with this comes a succulent texture and plenty of flavour too. This Silverside Minute Steak fries quickly in a sizzling pan or griddle making it a great steak to slice thinly for stir frying or skewers. All of Daylesford’s organic beef is from cows raised in open-air pastures full of clover. Space to forage helps the cattle to build up muscle naturally, which all contributes to that unmistakeable flavour.

Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated <5°C. Consume within 1 day of opening.

Our Head Chef Recommends Please ensure the beef is cooked through with no meat, and the juices run clear.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Place in a searing hot frying pan with oil for 5-10 minutes, season meat and turn occasionally.

Preparation and Usage: Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
