  • 500g yogurt (plain or flavoured)
  • A handful of blueberries
  • A handful of mixed nuts
  • A handful of dried cranberries

1. Pour the yogurt into a tray you can fit in your freezer. Sprinkle the toppings on, gently pressing them in a little. Freeze till solid (a few hours). Take out and break into handy bite-size pieces.

Frozen yoghurt snack


I used naturl yoghurt and the bars came out really sour. I would try maybe adding some honey next time. We also didn't like the inevitable crystallisation of the yoghurt. Chocolate chips were great though
