Strawberry Sauce

  • 225g strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ a vanilla pod, seeds only

1. Trim the leafy tops from your strawberries.
2. Tumble the berries into a saucepan. Add ½ the vanilla pod. Get your hands in there and squish 'em up till they're really juicy.
3. Swirl in some honey, just enough to sweeten. That's all, folks. Use to drizzle over your ice cream.
