These spooky Hallowe'en martinis are definitely more treat than trick. Swapping Sierra Morena Dorado in for vermouth gives them a rich, rounded flavour and the 'eyeballs' add a savoury hit that makes them ever so sippable.

Ingredients

  • 4 black peppercorns
  • 4 pimento-stuffed olives
  • 110ml london dry gin
  • 30ml Sierra Morena Dorado

Method

1. Put 2 martini glasses in the freezer for 30 mins or fill them with ice and set aside for 30 mins.
2. Push a peppercorn into the middle of each olive so they sit in the middle of the red pimento stuffing. Drop them into 2 chilled martini glasses, discarding any ice from the glasses.
3. Fill a cockatil shaker or jug with ice. Add the gin and Sierra Morena Dorado and stir for 30 secs to chill the gin. Strain the martini mix into the 2 chilled glasses and serve straight away.
