The vineyards are in a natural depression, four meters below the rest of the surrounding flat lands, giving their Prosecco a simple, clean and uplifting character.

They’re all, rather impressively, organic and free from gluten and soya. And they’ve won over 77 awards since they began in 1999, winning over all those dairy non-organic chocolates. Giol Prosecco Frizzante (750ml): Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Once opened, reseal and consume within 24 hours.
