1. Pick your refills

From our refill shop of sustainable store cupboard, fridge and household staples. Like bottles of our organic milk. Plant drinks from ReRooted. And Miniml’s eco-friendly cleaning range.

2. Return your packaging

Leave your returnable pots and pouches inside your boxes. Rinse your empty bottles and screw the lids on (don’t crush them). Put them next to your boxes for us to collect, refill and reuse.

Welcome to Club Zero – we’re excited for you to discover all of our handy refills. The best way you can help our award-winning refill deliveries continue is to return your bottles, pots and pouches. Without them, we can’t keep our sustainable, zero-waste cycle going.

Returning your pot

  1. Decant your pot into a container.
  2. Screw the lid back onto the pot and pop it in an empty box for collection.
  3. We’ll give it a good wash, ready to be refilled and reused.

Returning your pouch

  1. Decant your pouch into a container.
  2. Screw the cap on (to avoid leaks, we can’t accept pouches without a lid), then pop it in an empty box for collection.
  3. We’ll give it a good wash, ready to be refilled and reused.

Returning your bottle

  1. Rinse and dry your bottle. Don’t crush it.
  2. Screw the lid firmly back on – we can’t take the bottle back without it.
  3. Leave your bottle next to your empty boxes, so your driver can collect it. We’ll take it back and sterilise it so it can be used again and again.

Returning your glass jars and bottles

  1. Rinse and dry your bottle or jar.
  2. Screw the lid back on ((to avoid leaks, we can’t accept containers without a lid), then pop it with your boxes for collection.
  3. We'll return it to AGAIN who will wash and return it to out makers for reuse.
