They make them all with either conventional tofu or kombucha fermented tofu, which gives the food all its amazing nutritional benefits. Keep refrigerated between 2-7C. Once opened consume within 2 days. Not suitable for freezing.
To cook: Remove all packaging and place steak in a frying pan with a little oil. On a medium heat fry, for approximately 4 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides, turning steak regularly. Serve as a meal accompaniment or on its own with salad.
