They make them all with either conventional tofu or kombucha fermented tofu, which gives the food all its amazing nutritional benefits. Keep refrigerated between 2-7C. Once opened consume within 2 days. Not suitable for home freezing.
To cook: Remove all packaging and place in a frying pan, separate with a fork and add a little oil. Fry for approximately 4 minutes, or until golden brown, turning chunks regulary.
