Domaine de Pajot is located on a hillside overlooking Eauze, capital of the famous Armagnac region and has been run by the Barreau family for the last three generations. Damien Barreau is currently in charge and helped convert the estate to organic back in 2001. The reason for the change was down to being more respectful of their environment, to the health of the family and customers and to the products they make. With over 60 hectares of mainly white grapes, he makes a few different wines, along with a Floc de Gascogne and an Armagnac (yum!).
