This miso broth is cooked up with coconut cream and a mixture of green and red peppers along with miso paste (of the highest quality made in the Nagano region of Japan, the first fresh miso to reach the UK market!). Coriander, chives and lime are thrown in which gives the soup a wonderful fragrance and a great sweet and tangy taste.

Storage & prep

This product must be stored below 5C and once opened use within 3 days. Not suitable for freezing. Hob: pour broth into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally. Microwave: remove lid and place lightly on top of pot, heating for 4-5 minutes until hot. Handle with care and don't reheat.
