Our first no added sulphur, organic Prosecco from the innovative Giol estate, is distinctively full-flavoured and dry, having been produced 'sur lie'. The process of lees ageing (resting on the yeasts) adds notes of crusty bread and white peach to this fizz. Please note this live and natural wine can appear

The family estate at San Polo di Piave has been making wines since 1427. As Vittorio Carraro, the man in charge now, says: ‘experience matters’. The vineyards are in a natural depression, four meters below the rest of the surrounding flat lands, giving their Prosecco a simple, clean and uplifting character.
