Boil a pot of water and drop in organic Durum Wheat Farfalle from Alce Nero. Carefully crafted by hand with hardy Italian-grown Durum Wheat and fresh spring water from the Trentino Alps. Each beautiful piece of pasta is then bronze-drawn to give it a unique, slightly coarse and porous texture, perfect for sauce to cling to.

With its cheerful shape, farfalle is delicious paired with a simple tomato sauce, or popped into a summer salad with salami and peppers.
