The flavour runs deep in this brilliant organic corned beef. Made from grass-fed dairy-bred beef, it’s simply cured and pressed into organic rosemary, then slowly cooked in its own broth. Absolutely lovely in a sourdough sandwich with fresh horseradish cream or mustard mayo, or flaked into sautéed potatoes, or even added to salads after being crisped up.
