Blueberry & Goji Berry Smoothie

A berry good smoothie made with blueberries and tart goji berries blitzed with sweet bananas, creamy cashews and a splash of dairy free mylk.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 bananas
- 125g blueberries
- 15g dried goji berries
- 35g cashews
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- 330ml dairy-free whole mylk

- A few ice cubes
You'll need
- Blender
- Measuring jug
Step by step this way

Peel and break the bananas into your blender. Tip in the blueberries, the dried goji berries and the cashews. Tuck in the baby leaf spinach.

Pour in 330ml dairy free mylk (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies) and drop in a few ice cubes. Whizz till smooth and creamy.
- Tip
Cashew in time
If you have time, soak the cashews overnight in a bowl of cold water, then drain them and add them to your smoothie following the recipe. Soaking makes them easier to blend and may make them easier to digest.
