Ingredients you'll need
  • 500g carrots
  • 2 bananas
  • 35g flaked almonds
  • 1 orange
  • 250ml kefir
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Trim the carrots and peel them. Chop them into small chunks and slide them into your blender. Peel the banana and break it into the blender. Add the flaked almonds. Grate in the orange zest and squeeze in the juice.

    Tumble a handful of ice cubes into the blender and pour in the kefir. Blitz, pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
