A darling clementine smoothie that'll fill your morning with cheerful shades of orange and the delicious flavours of coconut and lime. This smoothie's so bright, you've got to wear shades.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 4 clementines
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 lime
  • 50g coconut cream
  • 300ml maple water

  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Peel the clementines and break them into segments. Pull away any large pieces of white pith, then drop the segments into your blender.

    Scrub and trim the carrots, then roughly chop them. Add them to the blender. Finely grate in the lime zest. Squeeze in the juice. Crumble in the coconut cream. Pour in 300ml maple water.

  • 3.

    Blitz the ingredients for 1-2 mins till everything is combined and the coconut cream has melted into the smoothie, then add a few ice cubes and blitz again. Pour into glasses and serve.
