Nicholas and Harris is a craft bakery in Salisbury. They bake beautiful loaves using traditional starter sponges. Their time-tested, traditional methods are what attracted pioneering baker Andrew Whitley when he outgrew The Village Bakery in Cumbria. While Andrew still bakes bread in his small bakery, he chose Nicholas and Harris to bake all the Village Bakery breads you see in the supermarkets.
These gorgeous wholemeal muffins have a rich, wholesome, nutty flavour. They're perfect for making your classic Eggs Benedict or Eggs Florentine. Slip a fried egg, a sliver of ham and a sprinkling of grated cheese on top for a hearty breakfast sandwich. Or, simply toast, butter and top with a slick of our delicious strawberry jam.
