Our cake testers nearly got as wide as Queen Victoria testing this delicious sponge. There was a big debate on whether or not we should slap the butter cream in. Martin won his bid and got it in. There’s a nice, thick slab of it mingling with the raspberry jam. A delicious cake for any occasion.
