Thursday Cottage have been making jam for 30 years and boy, what fine jam it is! Based at Trewlands Farm, in Tiptree, North Essex, a small and dedicated group of workers make an enormous variety of preserves. They use only the finest ingredients, and make the preserves in small batches in open pans. After the products have been stirred and cooked to perfection, the jars are then filled by hand.
