This tzatziki is made by the Carol Kenward in Bath. We found Carol when searching for the perfect houmous, and it turns out she makes perfect tzatziki too! Nutritionist-turned-dip-maker-extraordinaire, Carol produces this delicious dip from her home kitchen, based on a farm in the hills near Bath. Carol and her partner Richard make the dips together, and if in the future they find they need more hands to help them, they know a whole network of willing local mums who are itching to do some part time work!
Our tzatziki is soooo good! We played with the recipe, tweaking the ingredients and quantities till it was so delicious and refreshing we nearly fell over with delight. Totally different to the very yohgurty gloop sold in many shops, our organic tzatziki is made with loads of fresh cucumber, refreshing mint, a little garlic kick and soft and mellow greek yoghurt, only the best homemade tzatziki comes close to this.
