When we launched our own-branded ketchup, four years ago, we had a very stringent panel of taste testers: six very picky 11-year-olds from a local school in Hampshire. They’ve grown up; they're now 15, and they were intrigued when we came back to them with a new version of our old ketchup.
Our Italian friends at Mr Organic have whipped it up especially for us. These guys are bonkers about tomatoes. They pluck theirs from a sun-soaked patch in the Lazio Region, and they’re full of rich, ripe tomato deliciousness. They’ve managed to pack a whopping 600g of tomatoes per 100g in each bottle.
So, what did our finicky teenage taste panel think of the new version. “The bees knees, the dogs bol...” Let us know what you think.
