Our fantastic tofu products come from the R & R Tofu company which is based in North Yorkshire. At R & R Tofu, they make all of their tofu from 100% organic soya beans. Unlike the vast majority of prepared products, they use no emulsifiers, stabilisers or gums of any kind. They make their tofu in small batches, each one individually hand made by a conscientious member of their dedicated team

Storage & prep

Our tofu can be eaten hot or cold and due to it's high levels of protein works as a great meat substitute in vegetarian dishes. It can be stir-fried, baked, or added to soup. Our tofu should be refrigerated below 5°C and is suitable for home freezing.
