Our fantastic tofu things come from Clearspot, who hail from North Yorkshire. They make all of their tofu from 100% organic soya beans. Unlike a lot of tofu out there, there’s not an emulsifier, stabiliser or gum of any kind in sight. They create their tofu in small batches, each one individually handmade by a conscientious member of their dedicated small team.

Storage & prep

Our tofu can be eaten hot or cold and due to it's high levels of protein works as a great meat substitute in vegetarian dishes. It can be stir-fried, baked, or added to soup. Our tofu should be refrigerated below 5°C and is suitable for home freezing.
