Triballat Noyal is a family run business based in Brittany, near Rennes in Western France. They’ve been going since 1951, but they decided to become organic when they saw that some farmers weren’t eating what they were selling to their customers; they were keeping better quality, organic produce for themselves! Mr and Mrs Clanchin started with dairy products, and about 20 years ago they added soya products to their repertoire, and began to build still-standing long-term partnerships with local soya bean growers. They still work with these growers and buy all of their soya beans from the South of France. Mr and Mrs Clanchin’s son Olivier is now involved too, running the company and making delicious, healthy yoghurts and puds!
