A savoury and filling burger made with soya beans, brown rice, beans, seeds, veg and spices. Delicious shallow fried in sunflower oil, or baked in the oven, served with some mayo or chutney and a side salad. Even though these are really good for you, they don't taste 'worthy' or bland - they are utterly delicious!
Dragonfly started life back in 1984, when it supplied soya tofu to the local shops in Totnes, Devon. In 1990, husband and wife team Simon and Dawn bought the company and they gained Soil Association accreditation in 1991. They both have an extensive background in catering, and know just about every trick in the book when making delicious soya burgers and sausages. They never use any artificial colouring, preservatives or flavourings in their foods, and everything they make is all gluten, dairy and GMO-free.
