This chorizo sausage is beautifully cured and subtly spiced with paprika. The colour of this chorizo is less red than standard chorizo due to the lighter colour of the organic paprika, which is grown naturally without using nitrates. The chorizo is dried using a gentle cold drying technique for a minimum of 2 months.
Perfect for use in cooking or simply chopped up and served with cheese, and a tipple of Spanish red.
