Soya cream is incredibly versatile and can be used in recipes in place of dairy single cream, whether poured over puddings or whisked into sauces. You can barely tell the difference as soya cream has a similar rich taste and a silky texture - with the added bonus is that it won't fur your arteries!
Our delicious soya cream comes from Triballat Noyal - a family-run business based in Brittany, Western France. Mr and Mme Clanchin started out in 1951 with dairy products, and 20 years ago they added soya products to their repertoire. They build long-term relationships with local soya bean growers, and buy all of their soya beans from the South of France. We think you'll agree that their milk, cream, yoghurts and puds are not only healthy, but delicious too!
