Holy Cow was founded by organic farmer Geoff Sayers, whose Well Hung Meat Company supplies our organic lamb and beef. It’s a perfect field to fork story: the British Friesian girls graze by Devon’s seaside with sea air and grass helping their milk’s incredibly fresh taste. The organic milk travels to Langage Farm Dairy where it’s skilfully handcrafted into small batches of exceptional luxury dairy foods.
