Joseph and Dawn Reade set up the Island Bakery on the Isle of Mull, where Joe has lived since the age of 11. He met Dawn in Edinburgh when they were students, and she joined him on Mull in 1994, where they then set up their bakery, driving bread around the island to sell it in the local shops. Now they have their own shop in Tobermory where they churn out a delicous abundance of superb cakes and biscuits. Needless to say, they have both put on weight (and so have we, from munching on all their treats)!
