Chantelle Ludski started out studying law and in September 1999, and whilst still at business school, opened the UK's first organic café and called it 'Fresh! Naturally Organic'.

The business has gone from strength to strength. Chantelle has shelves groaning under the weight of all the awards she's won, and the accolades keep rolling in. Recently, she picked up a sky full of stars at the Great Taste awards and a few gongs at the inaugural British Pie Awards.
Chantelle always blows us away with her creations. Her hand-made all-butter pastry, made with 100% organic ingredients always wins us over, but the fillings in her creations is what really sets them apart. She's extremely generous with portions and she only uses the finest ingredients.

This one has great big flakes of poached organic salmon, free-range organic eggs, loads of rich cream and vibrant green flecks of fresh, peppery watercress. It's a posh number – perfect for afternoon tea, or just with a salad and glass of nicely chilled Sauvignon Blanc.

Keep refrigerated or freeze on day of purchase and keep for up to 3 months. Once opened use within 3 days.

Can been eaten hot or cold. To heat, pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4, remove packaging, place the quiche on a pre-heated oven tray, then place in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Check the quiche is hot before serving, do not re-heat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
