This organic cows' cheese is the award winningest of all the award winning cheeses. It’s won the award for the Best English and British Cheese at the World Cheese Awards. So you could argue it’s the best cheese in the whole of Britain. It’s hard to disagree.

Creamy and smooth, it’s a beautifully rich, buttery semi soft cheese. It has an edible orange rind, made using organic carrots.

High Weald Dairy is based in West Sussex, run by passionate cheesemakers Mark and Sarah. They started out as organic farmers and diversified into milking 250 dairy sheep. One thing led to another and now they spend all day crafting delicious ranges of award-winning cheeses from organic cow’s and sheep’s milk.

Storage & prep

Store in the refrigerator and eat within 3 days of opening.

Once opened, remove from vacuum pouch and wrap in film and store in a tupperware container.
