This organic cheese is the award winningest of all the award winning cheeses. It’s won the award for the Best English and British Cheese at the World Cheese Awards. So you could argue it’s the best cheese in the whole of Britain. It’s hard to disagree.

Creamy and smooth, it’s a beautifully rich, buttery semi soft cheese. It has an edible orange rind, made using organic carrots.

A family-run dairy based on a farm in West Sussex, High Weald is run by passionate cheesemakers Mark and Sarah who started out as organic farmers and diversified into milking 250 dairy sheep, turning the milk into delicious organic cheese. One thing led to another and now they spend all day crafting delicious ranges of award-winning cheeses from organic cow’s milk and sheep’s milk.

Storage & prep

Store in the refrigerator. Once opened, remove from vacuum pouch and wrap in film and store in a tupperware container. Use in cooking as you would with another cheese, or just nibble at it with some crackers and a glass of something delicious!
