Our risotto rice is easy to prepare and can be used for a variety of dishes other than risotto. Just cover and simmer for 15 minutes before draining. To make risotto itself involves a lot of stirring so start flexing those muscles now! Store in a cool, dry place. We recommend storing it in a sealed container as a mixture of air and moisture can cause the rice to go mouldy. Suitable for home freezing.
