This delightfully fresh and subtly spiced relish that is inspired by working with a variety of different Asian ingredients, this is a particular favourite at the Abel & Cole office, where it is enthused about whenever cheese on toast is mentioned! It goes brilliantly with cheese, salads, cold and hot meats, but also tastes absolutely fantastic on its own, spread onto a Popina cracker or even just a piece of toast. This jar full of joy is made in the village of Wembury and 10% of the profit of every jar goes to support the local school. A beautiful village, the church is particularly popular with those tying the knot and is the second most married church in the country!
Ex Horologist Chris Carnegie and his business partner and friend Tom Higgins have cooked up this delicious relish for us. Their kitchens are based in the tiny village of Wembury, near Plymouth in Devon. They take real pride in making their products, using only the finest ingredients which are sourced locally wherever possible.
