Sticky Soy Braised Cabbage

  • ½ cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 chilli, sliced
  • A thumb of ginger, grated
  • 1 star anise

1. Put a shredded half cabbage in a pan with 2 tbsp tamari, 2 tbsp Littleover Apiary Wildflower Honey (£3.25 for 340g), 1 tbsp cider vinegar, 1 sliced chilli, a thumb of grated ginger and 1 star anise.
2. Bubble over a medium heat and add a splash of water. Cover. Cook over a low heat for 10 mins till the cabbage is soft.
