This jolly little combo can be juiced or blitzed into a smoothie. Shimmy it any which way you like.

  • 2 large handfuls of baby leaf spinach
  • 4 pears
  • 1 lemon

1. Roughly chop the pears and lemon and feed through your juicer along with the spinach.
2. Or, if you fancying whipping it into a smoothie, roughly chop the pears, discarding the stem and seeds (keep the skin on for ultimate goodness, or peel if you prefer a smoother finish). Blend with the spinach, 250ml (more, if needed) and enough lemon zest and juice to tickle your tastebuds.
