Couscous, serves 4
- 150g wholemeal couscous - 45p
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil - 10p
- 10g fresh mint - 48p
- 10g fresh parsley - 48p

- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Mix couscous with olive oil, cinnamon and a touch of salt and pepper. Pour 240g boiling water over, cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Finely chop herbs. Grind almonds and toast in a dry frying pan until just golden. Segment the orange. Fold ingredients through couscous. Then, pop into a little plastic container with a lid until needed.

For the juice, decant 150ml from a 750ml bottle into a reusable bottle (an old single serving juice or water bottle would do). Wrap up biscuits.
