  • 8 apples
  • A handful of rosemary
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 50g dates
  • 2 star anise

Method

1. Roughly chop your apples. Juice. Pour the juice in a pan with the rosemary, dates (destoned first) and spices. Simmer for 10 mins. Strain and sip up the warming goodness.
