  • A pinch of sea salt

Method

1. Halve your tomatoes. Pile into a bowl with a pinch of salt.
2. Get your hands in there and give the tomatoes a scrunchy mix till some of the tomatoey juices start to come out.
3. Chill in the fridge till ready to serve.
