  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice or cider vinegar
  • 1 lime or orange, juice and zest
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup or honey
  • ½ finely chopped garlic clove
  • A pinch of finely chopped fresh chilli
  • A pinch of finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
