A light, aromatic gently sparkling dry white made from the Prosecco grape. This sparkling gem is perfect for winding down during the week or for a lighter (it's 10.5 % vol) lunchtime/pre-dinner drink. It's pure, refreshing and very quaffable, great for drinking now.
The Pizzolatos have been producing wine for five generations, so they know their stuff. They have been organic since 1991 and their wines are better now than ever before. With 50 hectares of their own and another 50 belonging to other local organic growers who provide them with grapes, this is a fantastic family-run winery, which looks to get better and better.
