Our organic pork comes from Mark and his two children, Hamish and Anna, at Eversfield Organic Farm in Devon. Together, they’ve created a wildlife haven by planting 32,000 trees and rebuilding miles of hedgerow. Their pigs are free to roam outside all year round and have cosy straw-filled ‘pig arches’ for shelter. Mark tells us, “They’re the warmest of everyone on the farm!” The pigs munch on their organic GM free feed whenever they like, which lets them live as naturally as possible. As Mark says, “We want to produce the best quality food and you want to provide the best quality food.” A match made in heaven.

Keep refrigerated or freeze on day of delivery for up to 3 months. Minimum shelf life 3 days. Once opened, keep refridgerated and use within 2 days. For best results oven cook. Place sausages on a baking tray and cook in a pre heated oven at 200 degrees/gas mark 6 for 15-20 minutes (reduce times for fans assisted ovens). Check product is piping hot before serving.
