The Ensor family are passionate organic farmers and expert butchers. They've had a butcher's shop in the picturesque Royal Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire for the last 70 years. They provide some of our organic meat, as well as our higher-welfare, free range meat.

For best results oven cook. Place sausages on a baking tray and cook in a pre heated oven at 200 degrees/gas mark 6 for 15-20 minutes (reduce times for fans assisted ovens). Check product is piping hot before serving.
