Storage & prep

Store in a cool and dry place. Once the mix has been made, it is suitable for home freezing. Preheat oven at 200°C. Empty content of sachet into a bowl and add 1 egg and 50g butter (vegan: 50g soya yoghurt and 50g margarine). Stir together and mix well. Roll balls from the dough and press them to half an inch thick. Put them on a baking tray on greaseproof paper and bake at 200°C for about 8-12 mins until golden brown.
