With our Nourishing Meal Box you’ll be able to make one of our fantastic pick-me-up recipes each week to share with someone (or to double-up for yourself). Handy recipe cards and all the ingredients delivered to your door make this as easy as pie. Soon enough there’ll be a spring in your step and stars in your eyes.

We have planned four recipes so far with our nutritionist Rhaya, that are teeming with gut friendly, immune boosting goodness. These dishes are best served in a bowl to warm hands as wells as tums.

Misozuke Fried Rice
Prep: 30 mins + pickling | Cook: 40 mins
Pickling veg in miso to make misozuke is a traditional way of preserving them in Japan. It gives the veg a sweet, rich flavour and you can choose how long to pickle the veg – from 24 hours to 3 months. Once you've made your misozuke, stir fry them with rice and top with a fried egg for a fast, fab dinner.
