We are using less energy by focusing on seasonal foods, by keeping food miles down, by collecting from our farms and delivering to you on fixed days. We keep waste down by sending you minimum packaging, by collecting it for reuse, by using reusable crates from our farms, by giving away leftovers, and by composting leftover leftovers. We recycle everything else.

We keep pollution down by using green electricity, by experimenting with alternative fuels for our vans, and by never air freighting. Ever.
