Our organic mince comes from a handful of amazing British farmers, such as Jody Scheckter at the Grade II listed Laverstoke Park in Hampshire. His rare breed and pedigree sheep, pigs and cattle, which are used for our mince, feed on a bespoke 'mixed salad' of 31 different grasses.
As an alternative, we've found three outstanding non-organic British farmers with high welfare standards and impressive eco-credentials. Like their organic contemporaries, they rear traditional and native breeds the old-fashioned way - by allowing them to graze freely and naturally, and develop slowly.
Mince deliveries are made in returnable cool boxes, which use either ice packs or woolcool® insulation to keep your produce fresh. We guarantee that your meat will have a minimum expiry of three days, including day of delivery. All of our meat can be frozen.
