Bring a pan of water to a rolling boil. Add noodles slowly until submerged. Bring back to the boil and reduce to medium heat. Cook for 3 minutes. Drain with colander and refresh with cold water. Our noodles should be kept sealed and stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Suitable for home freezing.
